-
Do you offer monthly installment plans and layaways?
If you’re interested in purchasing an item that is in stock, we offer a 60-day layaway period with a minimum deposit of 20%. However, for consigned firearms, we limit the layaway period to 30 days out of courtesy to the consignee. We want to inform you that we do not offer any payment plans beyond these layaway terms.
Please Note: All deposit money is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you fail to pay the layaway balance in full by the end of the term, you will forfeit all deposit money, and the item will be returned for resale.

There is a particular item that I have been searching for, but I am unable to find it. What are my options?
If you’re looking for a product that’s not currently available in our store, you can contact us either by phone at 780-420-6419 or by sending an email to info@pdent.ca. Please provide us with the manufacturer’s part number for the product you’re looking for. We’ll then check with our distributors to see if we can bring it in for you. If we’re able to do so, we’ll require a minimum of 20% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.
Shipping
-
How do you ship orders?
We usually use Canada Post to ship most orders, and we require a signature and proof of age upon delivery. If your order contains ammunition, powder, or primers, we’ll need to ship it via Courier. Please note that firearms and ammunition must be shipped separately. Also, please keep in mind that Courier services do not have access to PO Boxes, so we’ll need a physical address to send your order to.
-
Do you ship outside Canada?
No, we do not.
-
I placed an order to be shipped and I received a tracking number. My parcel is now late. What can I do?
We make every effort to ensure that you receive your parcel in a timely manner. However, once the parcel is picked up by the shipping company, we have no control over its delivery. If you encounter any issues with the delivery, please contact our shipping department and we will do everything in our power to resolve the problem for you.
Returns & Warranty
-
What are your return policies?
We offer exchanges and refunds within 30 days with a receipt and the original packaging. However, please note that our return policy is subject to the condition of the item being returned. Unfortunately, items that have been worn, used, or partially consumed will not be eligible for return.
Please be aware that there are certain items that are considered final sale and are non-refundable. These items include ammunition, powder, primers, brass, bullets, firearms, hearing protection, knives, consumables, and clearance/sale items.
It’s important to note that shipping charges are non-refundable and special order items are also non-refundable. All firearm sales are final and any warranty issues must be dealt with by the manufacturer, distributor, or warranty depot.
Additionally, optics can only be returned for store credit or exchange. Please ensure that the items are in their original packaging and in new condition. Please note that any optics that have been used or mounted on a firearm cannot be returned or exchanged.
-
What kind of warranty do you have on USED firearms?
We do not provide any warranty regarding the accuracy of firearms or their compatibility with certain types of ammunition. However, if a used firearm fails to function safely as intended, we offer a full refund in the form of Store Credit. Please return the firearm to the store within one week. We highly recommend that you have any used firearms inspected by a gunsmith before loading them with live ammunition.
-
What kind of warranty is on NEW Firearms?
All new firearms come with a minimum of 1 year warranty. Please check with the manufacturer to find out the specific details.
Licencing & Handling
-
I want to buy a firearm, but I’m still waiting for my firearms license. What are my options?
After purchasing a firearm, we are happy to store it for you until you receive your license. In case you don’t have your license yet, a spouse, relative, or friend with a valid license can accompany you at the time of purchase and take possession of the firearm on your behalf. They can also store it for you until you receive your license. However, please note that if 90 days have passed and you still have not received your license, a monthly storage fee of $30 will be charged.
Buy, Sell and Consignment
-
I have some firearms that I no longer use. What should I do with them?
We are interested in buying and consigning firearms of all types, whether it be a large collection or an individual piece. Our competitive consignment rates are determined by the value of the item. However, we request that all firearms that you are interested in selling or consigning must be brought in for evaluation. We cannot provide any price or quote until we have physically inspected the firearm. Please note that we don’t appraise firearms.
The decision of whether to sell or consign is made by mutual agreement. Consignment is recommended when no time constraints exist as it is better suited to maximizing profit. However, for fast settlement, we will buy your entire collection at fair market value. We prefer to purchase whenever possible, as it allows us more discretion in determining a price that matches the market. On the other hand, we prefer to consign specialized firearms such as high-dollar items and custom guns, to both maximize the seller’s profit and minimize our risk in hard-to-determine markets.
Consignment payout is as follows:
- Up to and including $399.00 = sale price less 30%
- $400.00 – $1,199.00 = sale price less 20%
- $1,200 and over = sale price less 15%
Firearms left on consignment are subjected to a 60-day hold policy. Items removed before the initial 60 days will result in a $50.00 flat fee charge for our time and paperwork involved. After 60 days, the item will need to be renewed or picked up.
